Auditions for Oliver! (Youth auditions)
When: April 26th
Where: The Alley Theatre, 923 Jackson St, Anderson IN 46016. Please use the alley entrance off Jackson Street

This audition event time from 12pm to 2pm is intended for KIDS ONLY who are auditioning for OLIVER! This includes ANYONE under 18.
Anderson Mainstage Theatre along with directors Gwen Burke and Anna Clark are pleased to announce auditions for our summer production of Oliver! We are seeking a large, diverse group of actors ages 9* and up.

Please note - actors seeking the roles of Oliver, Nancy, and Bill should be aware that these characters depict instances of violence and abuse.
Audition information for actors 9-17:
- A wide range of parts are available for children including leads, features, and ensemble members
- Please bring WATER!
- Bring a list of all known conflicts from April 14th-July 20th. Please note that conflicts from July 6th-July 20th may impact casting decisions.
- Wear clothes and shoes that are comfortable to dance in (no sandals or crocs)
- All auditioners will learn a brief portion of the song Consider Yourself to sing individually
- All auditioners will learn a dance to show movement
- Actors interested in Oliver, the Artful Dodger, Bet, Charlotte, Noah, or Charley will be asked to read a portion of the script
- *Actors 5-8 will be considered on an individual basis with adult supervision/sponsor
- Auditioners should plan to stay the whole time.
